Reservations

Making a Booking:

The phones are manned from 07h00 to 18h00 every day. When calling please specify which house you would like to stay in and to confirm availability for your booking.

Our Terms:

A 50% deposit is to be paid into our banking account to secure your reservation. 
Please use your name and arrival date as a reference.

• Please fax (+27 86 653 0073) or email (info@thefarmhousecollection) proof of payment
• No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received
• All rates quoted are final and include breakfast unless otherwise stated
• Check in time: Your room will be available at 14h00pm on your day of arrival. Please state your approximate arrival time on confirmation and please provide us with your mobile cellular number, in case of any unforeseen problems on the day of arrival
• Check out time is at 10h00am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made
• The Farmhouse Collection Guest Houses are non smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms or in the house. Smoking is however permitted outdoors on the veranda; on the deck; along side the pool or in the garden
• No pets allowed

Our Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your booking, the charges indicated below are applicable. Please note that cancellations should be made telephonically and personally – please do not leave answer phone messages or send e-mails.

• 50% of full amount  : 4 weeks prior to the arrival date 
• 100% of full amount : 2 weeks prior to the arrival date

All cancellation fees will be subject to a 5% handling charge
